Rules of the Lake

1. No drugs or drunks are tolerated. Period.
2. Arguments or fighting will not be tolerated on the property
3. All music and noise must be kept to a minimum
4. Keep dogs under control
5. Pick up your dog’s shit
6. Kids must be accompanied by an adult
7. Kids under 12 fish free with kids pole
8. No swimming, wading or getting in the water for any reason
9. All visitors must park at the bait house, do not park around the lake
10. Place trash, bait and extra fishing lines in trash barrels, not on the ground or in the water (Keep the ground and the lake clean)
11. Have respect

12. Blue & Shovelhead Catfish shall be returned to lake alive and well
13. All Catfish are lake property, stealing a fish is considered theft and will be legally prosecuted
14. Please observe the ½ way boundary when casting and fishing our lake
15. 2 poles per adult ticket

16. No stainless steel hooks, treble hooks, wire, or steel leaders
17. Bait fishing, throw nets, throw lines or snagging is not permitted for any reason
18. Single hook per pole
19. All fisherman must reel in fish on their own pole
20. No weighing your own fish for any reason
21. All fish must be caught using a net
22. Any fish that is snagged or foul hooked will be disqualified from all jackpots
23. Your ticket is void if you leave the lake, all sales are final, no rain checks
24. Anyone caught fishing without a ticket will be arrested for trespassing

25. No glass bottles
26. Do not kill water snakes or turtles
27. Don’t piss me off
28. Don’t call my cell phone (that pisses me off)
29. If you leave you lose your spot
